2-3 bundt basilikum
 (afhængig af størelsen)
150 ml olivenolie
2 fed hvidløg, fint hakket
80 g Pinjekerner
50 g hård revet ost
 (fx Parmigiano Reggiano,
 Grana Padano,
 Pecorino Sardo,
 Pecorino Romano
 eller Parmesan)
½ tsk salt (groft)
